1) LENGTH OF WARRANTY: The Warranty on this product remains in effect for 90 days from date of purchase. (Returns available up to 30 days – see Returns for info) 2) WHAT IS COVERED: This warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship in the new product purchased, but does not cover: A) Damage caused by wearer due to accident, negligence, misuse, abuse or loss B) Damage resulting from unauthorized repair Not Completed By RMJ C) Any item which has been altered (ie., sized, engraved, etc.) by anyone other than a authorized representative of Ralph Miller Jewelers & Gallery 3) WHAT RALPH MILLER JEWELERS & GALLERY WILL IDEMNIFY: Ralph Miller Jewelers & Gallery will replace or repair, at our option, the item under limited warranty within 90 days from the date of purchase. 4) LIMITATIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES: Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose are limited in duration to the length of the warranty. EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES: Ralph Miller Jewelers & Gallery liability for any defective product is limited to the repair and/or replacement of the product at our option. If we elect to replace the product, replacement may be a reconditioned item. Ralph Miller Jewelers & Gallery shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind because of the products defects. Limitations may be restricted in some states regarding the longevity of implied warranties and the exclusions of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, but which may not include other rights that may vary from state to state.
